For this year's Street of Dreams, Byrd Builders
designed a home to fit empty nesters. Holding 4,185 square feet
and a price at $779,950, this home features large spaces with
great traffic flow, a courtyard with a gas fireplace and waterfall,
and a suspended wet bar which is enclosed by glass on three
sides. Fine craftsmanship is especially evident in the kitchen
cabinets, dressers, wet bar and in a walk-in closet designed

Jordan Michael Homes is the only builder with
two homes on the Street of Dreams this year. Both homes are
ranches, but each has a different style from the other. The
smaller of the two ranches holds 3,484 square feet and is designed
for entertaining, great views, comfortable living and features
a Napa Valley feel. Priced at $749,000, this home's design features
hand crafted cabinets and wine cellar walls, five fireplaces
