For this year's Street of Dreams, Byrd Builders designed a home to fit empty nesters. Holding 4,185 square feet and a price at $779,950, this home features large spaces with great traffic flow, a courtyard with a gas fireplace and waterfall, and a suspended wet bar which is enclosed by glass on three sides. Jordan Michael Homes is the only builder with two homes on the Street of Dreams this year. Both homes are ranches, but each has a different style from the other. The smaller of the two ranches holds 3,484 square feet and is designed for entertaining, great views, comfortable living and features a Napa Valley feel.
